I had exactly the same problem when I received my completion certificate and had to ring GT to ask what it should look like. not an impressive document but very valuable. it would be more self explanatory if it had the words Completion Certificate written at the top.

Simple really, tell them you were not miss sold PPI you asked for it on your loans etc, I believe that the wording to claim is....HAVE YOU BEEN MISS SOLD PPI.

Pay it into your IVA as soon as possible, it will go a long way to showing your IP that you are open and above board with regard to income etc.

Thanks Foggy and footiemad, it is a great feeling to know it is all over at last, with regard to issuing the completion certificates I think that it will improve after all any complaints made will probably reflect on the Company or the IP who is monitoring your case.
