has anybody ever had an iva through churchwood?

well we have sent all our paperwork off to our ip wat happens now? also i been reading on here people unemployed cant have ivas ~ well myself and hubby are not working, hubby has a sholder injury so i look after him and 4 kids but our ip said we will be able to get iva as he is on injury benefit now...

i thought council tax was not allowed on ivas/bankrupcy as its a goverment thing and the only debt u could lad in prison for???

oh i am NOT on the electoral role at current prpoerty

hi i have managed to open a barclays account this week, it has a visa debit card and can have my direct debits going in and out, no overdraft but they were so nice and basically give anyone an account as they dont do a full credit check

Hi everybody. just started an IVA with hubby, in the proces of changing bank accounts etc not having much luck yet thou wat i really want to know is roughly how long before my IVA will start ie i have sent all my paperwork in except bank details but wat happens now? thanks
