Hi!
We completed our IVA almost a year ago, the paperwork took ages to go through so we finally had it signed off around April 2011. We still haven't heard anything with regards to the charge being taken off our house. How would we go about sorting this?

Wow!!! What a day!! We had our variation agreed today, we offered a settlement to end 3 months early and to settle our equity and today it got approved!!! I can't believe it, 5 very long years are now over....boy can we celebrate tonight!

Hi all, We were unable to get the remortgage unfortunately! Think we are going to wait until our cars go bang for the final time then will look into getting the finance, may aswell use them for as long as we can. Hello!!! Spoken to IP and have decided to wait until September then propose to the creditors that we continue with our payments for an additional 12 months...I know that this is the best option for us but really disappointed that we have to go into the 6th year

Hi,
Kallis3 - Thanks for the tip about the Duncton. I've had a look. The deposit is quite high so would need to figure a way of getting that...Do they need to do a credit check? How would this be viewed in the eyes of the IP as this would be a big outgoing each month?
