If memory serves me correctly it was clearscore, they picked it up the month after I completed. No idea why though. It had gone by the following month following a complaint.

I think Martin Lewis' website and one or two of the credit reference websites (noddle and clearscore) have a soft search facility that may give you some idea of your chances. It won't muck up your credit rating.

I took it upon myself to send an I&E in as I reached the end of year 5, they emailed me back to say I should just continue at the previous rate for the 6th and final year.

Well that magical day has finally arrived, the 72nd and final payment has left my bank account. Its been a long and sometimes difficult six years but I've hung in and things have eased especially in the last couple of years and I've got there!
