Thank you lesley and ladyh for your kind words. Im sure it will all work out in the end. Feel the same as I did before embarking on the IVA, but hey it cant get much worse than bankruptcy can it![^]

Hi Kallis
Im sorry I had to fail it too. Its due to me loosing more than half my income which made the IVA payments impossible. I have no choice now but to go bankrupt.

Hi Lincolnlass, I have just read you have had to fail your IVA. I am also having to fail mine due to a dramatic loss in earnings. UPDATE. My IVA company have agreed to me missing this months payment, I can make it up over the next 12 months so as not to be in arrears. No I dont have to worry about the bills and food for the month and hopefully hubby will be well enough to go back to work. Trying hard to keep it together. This ...
