Just checked register and it states i have an active IVA all be it says 'see footnote' but there isnt one !

I can freeze our joint mortgage / current account once i set up a new account - will look into the co-op to see if they can help - thanks

Thanks for the replies so far. I have spoken to my bank and they MIGHT be able to get the £1602 back but they say because i have outstanding debt with Accuma and Grant Thorton have taken over this debt i might not be able to stop the first payment of £1602 going out......the message i posted was to ...
