Hi,what is the allowance for 2 adults and 3 children (one of which is 17) for shopping per month in an iva? Ours was set at £450/month when we started in May 2009.With the continuing price rises is it reasonable to ask for an increase at our annual review? thanks

Hi,just received letter saying mortgage payments are reducing because of end of fixed rate.What happens with the money now saved because of reduction as we are in an IVA?

Hi, we are currently on a 5 year fixed rate with NR that ends next January 7.9% interest rate(was a good rate at the time) after it ends we will be put onto their SVR and will prob be less than 7.9%, so what will happen if our repayments drop? Hi, what would happen to my IVA if I am made redundant? Should find out in next month or so if I lose my job- redundancy payment is just under £30,000.Could I make a full & final offer from my pay off and keep some of it for living expenses until I find another job??
Currently 2 years 2 months in iva.

Our mortgage provider (Northern Rock) have sent us a letter saying they will waiver the early repayment fee on our fixed rate 7.9% mortgage. would it be possible to remortgage or would the rate be higher as we are 2 years into our IVA?
