Morning all. So, my continuing frustrations regarding PPI, were further exacerbated this week. I received a letter from Santander (never a creditor) bit I understand they have brought a number of old store card debts. Firstly Slater Hayward have phrased their letter saying - I am still subject to an...

Thank you Watzki and Foggy (always so helpful!). No there are no restrictions on the property - they have been lifted in 2013. You mention the creation of a Trust and the impending court case. Sadly I signed away those rights to Apperture in order for me to get my completion certificate, so regardle...

Hi All Hope you're all well today and enjoying the bank holiday. I have a question. What is the position of your property post IVA? I was discharged from my IVA In 2013, but I'm still being pursued for PPI (aren't we all!). They have recently written to my old mortgage company seeking PPI as this wa...

Thanks lifenoteasy, I see what you mean Kallis, during the duration of our IVA none of us would have had any PPI, so it would only really cover arrangements that were pre IVA. I've just genuinely been upset with this relentless pursuit of PPI, and thought is this just going to carry on for the rest ...

Sorry to labour the point you make above Foggy, post IVA completion, any new loans or mortgages or credit cards can't be pursued by the claims/IVA companies as they weren't included? Is this still the case If you have given them the permission to pursue PPI as a part of the completion process? Some ...

Hi Kallis Thanks for the reply! Yes it does seem that way and I'm interested to see what Apperture say. I'm just so done with this - My IVA completed 3 years and they are still pursuing PPI! I just want to forget about this all and simply won't let us to do that. Also where does this all end? Will t...

Hello All So I completed my IVA with GT/Apperture in June 2013. Like others I have been constantly pursued for PPI claims. SLH have been in touch to say that they have written to my old mortgage company to see if I was owed any PPI. What I can't understand is why at this stage they have pursued my m...
