Hi Lisa just read your post and it sounds similar although its been hard I have not missed any payments but feel the staff I am dealing with are under trained or don't understand about Iva's and my concerns about how this will be resolved are a bit if a panic. the overtime thing was there from the start it is up and down all the time , 1 good month then normal, every year i have provided wage slips, p60's with a breakdown and what the extra income has been used for , i even spoke to them as i sat there waiting to confirm was the payment staying the same, ...

hi yes it is for the construction industry, Mel , Hi melanie I am in the 40 % tax bracket anyway , is a dividend a lump some payment every 1 year or so , and again I assume half would go the IVA?
