I am in the final year plus 1 of my IVA. A bank from long ago has popped up and say I owe money...I dispute. What claim do they have and what may happen.I disclosed all debt to my IP in sept 2005.

I have 12 months remaining and a shortfall. The iva company has said that I must remortgage my property.
