hi every one not been on since september need advice i am on dmp i have 2 credit cards to mbna total owed £12.000 got a phone call from them saying if i pay £4.000 now that would wipe the debt out i find hard to trust them and i have been researching on the net the sometimes sell the debt on for 10p...

thanks for the advice need to talk to them about my option.

i filled a form on the net next hour got a call from smooth saying to list all my debts i give them all my accounts numbers and they took it from there my debts are 83.000thousand pounds with 21 creditors did not say anything about a iva do not know alot about iva

hi angela they are charging me 88 pounds a month i am paying 500pounds a month to my creditors but i think they have taken first 2 months as set up fees

hi kallis rung smooth they said they send 1 big cheque to creditors and everybodys accounts numbers and let them take the money to put on myaccount does not sound a good way of dooing the payments
