Afternoon All,
Ive been in an IVA for 1 year & 8 months and i now feel bankruptcy would have been a better option. I have no assests not even a car no mortgage or anything.
Would all the money i have paid so far be paid towards to the bankruptcy?
Thanks

Would anyone happen to know why my IVA is not showing on my Credit File. I am currently 17 months into my IVA but for some reason it is now showing anywhere on my report. I spoke to callcredit and they said i need to send paperwork in to confirm so they can add it onto my file. Very odd!

I don't want it lasting more than 60 months really but i'm guessing if my payments reduce my cred...
