Oops, sorry, I was removed from the register after three weeks. Worth noting that whilst Equifax and Call Credit automatically take the IVA off your credit report after six years, Experian don't remove it until six years has passed AND you send them your completion certificate.

Hi, Very exciting times! I finally got mine in July, six years after entering the IVA and a year after the final payment. I've just spent the last three months clearing up my credit report, what a chore, but now have PERFECT credit scores with all three agencies. I've also managed to get a credit ca...

Hi All, Just to weigh in, I finally received my CC today, 12 months after my final payment. Not to wo...

I appreciate the update from Karol and that she has apologised. I've been advised that I will receive my CC this month and so fingers crossed (final payment last July). The wait is annoying but my frustration was always with the lack of updates and me having to do all the chasing. I do have some sym...

Hi All, Not sure if it's karma or luck but I have just had a message from Karol confirming that I will definitely be getting my CC at the end of May. A month later than promised, 11 months on (by then) but hopefully, finally finished; am I stupid to be hopeful again?!? I do feel for Karol because sh...

Hi Matt, I would be interested to know how you get on. Mine also was explained to be a simple case and 10 months after making my final payment I'm still waiting for my CC. I got in contact with Karol, GT Contact on this site, and to be fair she was very helpful and told me that the distribution of m...

Hi Big G, Agree with everything said above, it all comes down to personal circumstances and what feels right in the end. I got in a mess and needed help to get out of it but disregarded Bankruptcy because it might have effected my work and actually I wanted to pay more back, take responsibility for ...
