I had my f+f agreed four weeks ago and was told by B&E that it will take three months to finalise and send my certificate. I have already resigned myself to having to chase them as everything you ever do with this company requires you to do the chasing to get anything resolved they really are terrib...

I have just had my full and final excepted and would like to thank everybody for there help and advice throughout my IVA this is a great forum that gives really good advice and will tell you like it is!!!!

I used the email address and got an almost instance response. I was dealt with really quickly and used email to speed up the response and now have my full and final next week. Good luck with your proposal and meeting!!

I guess the reason that the link does not work is that the address is for jameskaye@blairendersby but he is not an ip provider for this company despite the fact all letters are signed by him.

With reference to the "we send out the I&E form several months in advance etc etc" On the letter it states you have to return the info within 14 days so why send out so far out in advance? The property was dealt with by the court. At the moment not struggling but when the mortgage increases by £400 in May next year which is the amount if the interest rates dont change then yes will find it very difficult to find extra money. What do you think might happen in may with my payment?
