Help cccs have cancelled my appt for an iva the next appt is end of nov. Can't wait this is the second time. Just don't know what to do now

Hi everyone im not getting the whole amount to pay sorry............. i owe 30k and have about £168 disposable. It looks like I need to pay £5000 plus vat to company well it get put in as part of it all does this all sound right. Still not sure!!!!!!!!!!

If I go into an IVA. What happens about mortgage currently my fixed rate finished i went on variable as payments cheaper. If interest rates go up and im in IVA will i be able to get a fixed rate as the mortgage could go up sky high then all of it would be waste of time.......................wont be ...
