Just wanted to thank you all for your support, looks like this is now sorted, all it took was a couple of letter sent by recorded delivery. The whole thing was made a lot easier knowing I had somewhere to turn for advice.

Thanks rayb.

I have phoned the solicitors who claimed that the creditor had passed it to them as a FAILED iva! The cheek of it!

I have agreed to send a copy of my completion documents which I'm hoping will be the end of it.

Firstly thanks for everyones advice - I'm so glad I found this site.

I have another question - is it possible to go down to part time hours whilst on an iva? Or can my ip make me stay at full time hours?
