Well decision made. After long hard thought process,have come to conclusion house is being surrendered.Having read the post's my happiness and my son is more important than bricks and mortar.Going to go ahead with I.V.A and all being well if information is correct posted here i can add the shortfall...

Here Go's. Hello Melanie.
Does that mean its ok to sign the voluntary surrender form that the mortgage company is sending out.Also when you say shortfall can be included is that a guessed estimate that you put in the I.v.a.before the house is sold on.regards
