Hi, yes they are allowed to take the refund, you are still under the terms of the iva until you recieve the CC, i would check the terms of your agreement to see if there is any clause in it regarding PPI but usually any refund goes to the administrator. Agree with starbuckqueen, keep on at them Dougie via email, phone calls or whatever you thinks best,obviously i dont know the reason for the delay but 9 months is a long time to have to wait.

Well i have finally received my CC seven months after making my final payment, its only a piece of A4 paper stating that all obligations have been met etc but still well worth framing [:D]. What a great feeling, at last we can move on now and look forward to a debt free future, its been a long road ...
