Sorted, spoke to very helpful lady this morning. Nothing to worry about at all in fact, I think panic is just my automatic default setting now for anything regarding finances!!

The first one was direct and my current job was through an agency.

I'm a buyer as well, I changed jobs just as my IVA started and again about six months ago (I'm halfway through now). Didn't cause any problems for me either time. In fact I think my creditors were probably delighted as the subsequent pay increases have meant that I'll be paying off my debt in full.
