Hi I recieved this letter today and I'm happy to sign although I have one query. We now have to agree to instruct DrSp to investigate any mis sold package bank accounts. Whilst I would obviously like my CC I am worried that this will stir up a problem with my bank account. I have used the same accou...

I hired a car in fuerteventura in January and emailed the hire company before I went who stated the 200E deposit could be paid by credit/debit card or cash. I paid by my barclays visa debit and they didn't bat an eyelid. They didn't take it either it was just held until the car was returned.

Have a quick question, I looked at my credit file today for the first time in ages and all but 1 debt (Amex) is showing the correct default date which is Nov 2009 however Amex is showing Oct 2010, just wondering whether I should try to get the date changed now or just wait until the end of the year?...

I have been reading this forum pretty much everyday for 6 years posting rarely but taking as much info as possible from all those that so kindly post advice and help. I started my IVA on 9/11/09 and today had the confirmation that I do not need to make any more payments. I cannot explain what a reli...

I have too been going through this since Dec 2012 there seems to be a few of us from this time! I have sent more forms back again today, just praying that it will be done and dusted by the end of the year, I think 2yrs is ample amount of time for DRSP to finalise any possible PPI claims!

Thanks for the reply

It was a modification.

My case worker today has said that the clause is only applicable if there's equity in the property which by my calculations ( mortgage £135,000 and highest valuation £147,500 ) there isn't?

There's no mention of equity anywhere else that I can see.

Hi I am 4 & a bit years into my iva and can almost see the end. Unfortunately I have had to take time off work recently due to my mother becoming quite ill and I'm also suffering with stress. There seems to be many of us in the same situation. I also had my meeting in Dec 12, more paperwork returned to them last year after they trawled my credit report for old debts. I duely completed it as I didn't want to delay anything. It beggars belief that it's taking so long. Trying to get updates...

Does anyone know if account numbers show up on credit expert? Im just curious as I came home this evening to a letter from DRSP with 7 extra PPI claims that I have to sign the paperwork for. They all have the lender and account number and 2 I don't recognise so thought I would look it up myself on c...

I have no idea but I did ask why they ran a check now after all the original claims have been answered and I thought it was done and dusted, the guy said " its something we do when reviewing your file - a credit search". He said he is sending me 7 more pieces of paperwork to sign and then I guess it...
