hello. i am currently in an iva,but capquest who are working for egg keep calling me,i have told them four times that i am in an iva which egg aggreed to,and that my papers were dealt with by eggs accountants.do these companies not communicate !!!

CAN A COURT ORDER BE OBTAINED TO STOP CREDITORS CONTACTING YOU BEFORE THE MAIN PROPOSAL IS DRAWN UP ?
