Hi All- Once the IVA has been completed, should all the credit accounts on my credit file be marked as settled with a nil balance.

Hi- I've been in an IVA for about 6 months now and am still receiving default notices. Can a creditor register a default after an IVA has started? If not, what can I do about it?
