Foggy, I'm surprised by what you're saying about Cleardebt. Our IVA finished last year some time and we're still waiting for our certificate. To be honest I've given up trying, the excitement of completion is all but gone :( We're always promised priority but nothing ever happens. They're very good ...

Congrats Heretoday, fortunately for you you're one of the lucky ones. This past February like yourself was 7 years since taking our IVA. We finalised it last year same month and still nothing!!!

How long do records stay on their register? Mall I can find is "IVA records stay on the register for 3 months after the arrangement is withdrawn, completed or terminated"

Does this mean it's indefinite until one of the three happens?
