Hi, we also have just 2 payments left, last one will be Feb, when and what do the IVA company request for the final review, we are now with CF but when with PJG we would have been under way with the annual review by now

once the final payment is made what is the situation if a pay rise or bonus payment occurs before the completion cert is obtained.

We had a bit of a game even getting a valuation, the first estate agent refused when they asked us what was the valuation for ?. luckily the next one we tried did not ask :-) BUT there letter does say marketing valuation

Thanks for the prompt reply Michael, that would be great if the lower figure used, by my calculations the lower or average figure would give us under £5000 equity and should be able to conclude on five years, BUT if highest figure used we would be around £200 over the 5K.

Thanks for the replies, I think on balance it will be easier to continue with a fixed rate for the next few years, I do expect the current rate to increase slightly as inflation rises but not to the level I will be fixed at, but a least I know what the payments will be for the next few years
