No not GT it is Marshmam Price. They were asking for information during the iva but I informed them that I could not get it. It would have been easy if I had payslips etc. But I was a director of my own company that went into insolvency and all paper work went off to the company that closed it down ...

Hi, I finished making payments to my IVA in July of this year and every payment within the term was met. My IP has now advised that my IVA will be failed as I didn't keep up with correspondance, i.e. providing pay slips etc. Are they able to fail the IVA even if every payment was met?

I have around £57k debt some on cards and some as loans. My concern is that a coulpe of the loans were taken out quite recently. Just been reading a few other posts on the forum, and came across one suggesting that a lump some could be offered to each of the creditors outside of an iva. this would save fees but i guess not all creditors would accept it.

My wife is also a director so if I get any problems from the bank I can resign as a director.
Just liquidated my previous business in the last week so who knows , I'm not sure if banks do regular credit checks. especially if i'm not asking for credit. Will let you know .
