Just read the threads - not sure on your age - If you are over 50 Try SAGA for Home and Car - there are great - can pay monthly and they are cheaper - we were with Aviva - long gone and much happier
Only thing si the age though - fine for over 50`s...

Thanks Lesley and Kallis, I have to say, it has been great to manage without the dreaded plastic, that made many of our lives awful - although, nobody held a gun to my head to say "borrow borrow borrow" - it was nevertheless too easy and probably still is from what I have seen in the shops over the ...

Yes, we all had a good time and no debt hangover - all within budget!! (Be a bit tight for a few days!)
You know, its strange, we used to spend thousands at Christmas - this year MUCH less - BUT a great time all the same [:)]

I attended an initial interview with the Insolvency service after the petition was dealt with in the county court.
I was aksed how much money I had on me and I said about £1020. He took 50% was he within his rights to do so?
