Looking for some advice please. We are cleaning up our CF, and note that GE Money are showing the status has Settled with the satisfied date of 28.3.2013. Now our IVA started in June 2010 so should I get GE to amend this entry, or is it ok because it shows has settled with a £0 delinquent balance? T...

Yes Barabara, full credit to Creditfix. Had variation meeting last Friday, was informed on Monday that variation had been accepted, and received Completion Certificate this afternoon in post - happy days.

Been a hard lesson learnt; one which we certainly will not forget or repeat!

Trust me Hubert it does pass quickly. It wasn't without hiccups mind you, and a lot of worry, especially when CF took over.

But you're right, CF do close down accounts very quickly.

Letter received today from CF apologising stating the report was issued in error, and out terms and conditions have not been changed!
