I would get onto that rented property straight away. At the moment you will be able to get a house with a months rent as a bond. Once your credit record is in tatters, you will need 6 months rent as a deposit, in most cases. Just something i would give serious thought to.

Oh i remember going to open my first bank account summer of 76. At TSB local branch. With my dad, really excited about it as well. But still did not want to give them my money from my piggy bank. I remember saying to my dad, they have stolen my money and getting quite upset by it Lol.

Yes i know what you mean Judo. But at the start of the IVA all creditors, have to send details of the debt and amount owed. This should of been picked up on by the company 4 years ago. This creditor would of had the deciding vote at that amount also. So someone somewhere has not done there job corre...

I think what everyone is missing on this. If you read the first post, she only had 5,000 of debts. Which is not enough to propose an Iva. So should never have been put forward in the first place.
