this is not illegal if done properly.....
i am not saying to do anything illegal.....
What I am saying is that get three current proper valuations to find out exactly what the property is worth...
Dont forget, houses at auction dont sell at full market value....

Hi, I would try an IVA first, if you can afford it..... However, some companies wont accept anything less than at least 40-50p in the pound. You have misunderstood my post.
All I am asking for is a clear piece of legislation, that would enable a judge to remove or set aside these CCJ's
Obviously, nobody knows of any and therefore, why would a Judge set aside or remove???

I disagree,
Check through the legality of these notices, as once lodged on your credit file, you will face an almight battle to get them removed.
These are just as bad as having as many Bankruptcy Orders on your file!!!!
After an IVA and BR, This is my new nightmare......
