I am some way through my IVA. I was a bit surprised to receive a demand for council tax on a property which I once owned, subsequently repossessed and sold. Each year during an IVA one is required to submit an account of income and expenditure.
In the event that in one year there is insufficient income earned to make up the IVA payment contributions which fall due, I wonder if there might be any issues for a person to receive help from friends/ family?

Sorry if I was not clear. The spouse making the loan is solvent, to be properly regarded as unconnected with the ( my ) IVA in any way, other than by marital relationship.
