Thanks Pod_moo yep its been great to go through this process and come out the other side.
Normal life whatever that is, is possibly on its way will be nice to have a house and pay my own way, will give me somewhere to retire too.

They put a house on zoopla Monday but they had sold already Friday, wasn't impressed at all.
Regardless of what happens will be sticking with Mike at zebra as they have been great so far I'm a strong believer in loyalty especially as I'm a villa fan!!

Yep we have thought of that, the small print states the solicitor has to claim the money back from the govt once funds transferred to the mortgage, this can take up to 8 weeks and add to the completion time, plus tbh we want/need a house this year due to age and paying off before we retire!
