Yes I have. Most of the calls follow the same pattern. They speak to a supervisor, tell me they don't know why they are chasing the debt but something must be wrong so they keep chasing. Like I say though my requests for assistance from DFD have been ignored.

Hi
I have asked DFD to contact them and respond to me and they have done neither. They have sight of my completion certificate, he read it out to me on the phone. What he said was that something and he couldn't tell me what !! had happened in September to ask them to pursue me further. ???

I have bumped this thread back up as it still hasn't gone away. I got a letter from DG solicitors at the weekend saying they were going to take court action ?
I have asked DFD to assist but have been ignored. What do I do ?

If a bank is aware of an IVA can they choose not to submit a claim, wait for the IVA to complete and then chase for the full amount ?

I will try and get a detailed breakdown of how the money paid in to the IVA has been dispersed to my creditors. Stress just before Christmas, just what I needed. HSBC where my main creditor and voted in the original proposal and for the F&F. I cant believe how stressed I have got about this, I thought that all this was dead and buried months ago.

What I'm wondering is if HSBC are aware that an IVA is about to be entered into do they have to submit any claims and what happens if they don't ?

If HSBC are contacted regarding an IVA and then a full and final settlement. Can they hold on to a account and not put them forward so that they can come back after the IVA has finished ?

Surely the IVA company are responsible up till the point that the creditors accept that payment has been made in accordance with the terms of the arrangement.

Is this not down to my IVA provider to sort. I assume the fees that they have taken are to deal with this sort of thing ?
