Thank you for your posts, I spoke to a debt management company the other week and they told me to say nothing about the horse and that an IVA sounded the way forward for me. How can I keep quiet about him?! I need to try and keep him if at all possible and keeping quiet would not get me anywhere.

Hi Paul, my livery is DIY and costs range between £100 - £150 a month depending on summer/winter and shoeing. I have a spreadsheet on my pc at work which I enter my fees into each month and it also gives me an average cost, will have to take a copy of it and get it onto my home PC.

Hi, I own a horse and was wondering if I would be asked to sell him if went down the route of an IVA. He does not have a huge monetry value but to me he is priceless as I love him to bits, I have recently got someone to part-loan my horse 3 days a week which means they pay a proportion of his upkeep...

Sorry if it seems like I am asking a silly question. I have searched this fab site for the answer but cant seem to find it. I would like to know who needs to be informed of a persons IVA other than the creditors? for example would my employees need to know?
Thanks in anticipation
