hi there, getting really annoyed with barclays, been on my iva now since march the 30th they(barclays)have now informed me that dml are dealing with my account since then i have had letters and phone calls from them demanding that i give them the money today has anyone else had this problem

i would to thank everyone who answered my questions, my iva got accepted yesterday, with all my creditors on it including the ones i missed out.
its such a relief and looking foward to being dealt free in 2015.

barclayloan wrote me a letter which was recieved today saying if we carried on with the iva then they want a full amount owing to them by the 11.4.10 really worried as i want to stay with the iva but cant afford to pay them to

hi how long after the iva meeting you get told if it was accepted or not my meetings at 2pm but need to be at a parents evenning at 4.45pm so will have my phone off

if my iva doesnt get accepted can i go through the creditors myself and make lower payments to them if they accept it.
