GT have told us that EIC are a subsidary company. Thus regulated by different people to GT. As per my previous thread, they are holding a MVM next week with creditors to discuss our PPI claim (which I never wanted to claim as we are pretty sure we have never been mis sold it). No, dont do it until you have your certificate. We have been caught in the same trap and are now not allowed our completion certificate! We are talking to the Ministry of Justice about it, as we are getting no joy with the IP. x
