Just received the date of our creditors meeting.
Weds 12th May 11.00am.
My wife and I are applying for an IVA,seperately .
Here`s to a good meeting.

Everything was explained thoroughly and fully.
If for any reason it is declined,the money is fully refundable.
Makes sense to me to submit the "First" payment,shows commitment and that we`ve managed to save the suggested amount.
100% satisfied with the way we have been dealt with so far.

Have sent our signed proposal back today with the "First" payment.
Hope that within the next few weeks we will have the date of the creditors meeting and things can move forward from there.

If by balloon you mean a Guaranteed Minimum Future Value (GMFV),on a PCP deal you should have equity in the car if you sell it to the dealer.At the worst you can just return the car with no penalty(as long as you`ve kept to the mileage agreement etc).

Panic over!
Have heard today and the ball seems to have started rolling.
Just me getting in a bit of a panic,that`s all.
It`s all very new to me,so no reflection on the company,so far they have been fine.

Being fairly new to all this,I have returned all documentation as asked for and was wondering what happens next? Jones Giles have said that they are prepared to act on our behalf,so am I allowed to use the letters they supplied,and forward them to our creditors informing them that they are acting on...

Been to the Nat West today and have now opened our new current account with them.
They`ve received all our paperwork today,so things should start to move in the not to distant future.

Nat West don`t have anything to do with the Halifax do they?
Nat West was the suggested bank to use by the lady I spoke to at Jones Giles and she was aware I have a debt to the Halifax,so should be OK.
