When our payments were reduced, an extra 12 months was tagged onto the end of our IVA. Then looking at an additional 12 months due to it being very unlikely that we'll be able to remortgage, do you really think a F&F would be accepted being 4 years in with 3 to go?

We have no equity in the house as we have a secured loan on the house as well as the mortgage. I wish I had never clapped eyes on Carol Vorderman and First Plus!!!!

Luckily, he was able to do supply work but this is only during school term time and so our monthly income varies from month to month and is significantly lower than w...

Hi all, just a quick question to see if being in an IVA allows you to use the salary sacrifice childcare vouchers. I am trying to look into this as my son will be starting nursery in September and I know these vouchers could save me money. My only concern is that by taking it out of my wages directl...

Hi Mel,
Our IVA was only accepted in May and my payments until next month have been very low to make it affordable until I returned to work. Next month's payment will be my first at the set amount until the IVA is completed.

Hi all, Just a quick question that I hope you can help me with. I have just returned to work after taking a year off (this included 3 months where I was not entitled to any maternity pay so my income was 0). Anyhow, before I returned to work, my boss asked me to do a couple of Keeping In Touch (KIT)...

Hi everyone, Just spent this evening sorting out all of the paper work so that our IP can get the ball rolling for our IVA. I don't know how I feel, very confused at the moment! Keep reading the info on IVAs and worrying what will happen if it not accepted. Can the creditors really choose to bankrup...
