So i have gone for a remortgage as we have equity in the property, so we can settle our IVA. There just doesnt seem to be an alternative. I am just praying that we will not lose the house.
Any advice from any experts please.

Can you sell your house whilst being in an iva. I was looking over the paper work and noticed that we still have equity which could pay off our debt. We have been in iva since April this year. Regards
