Ah right ok. Well our income has changed slightly, mine has gone up as I changed jobs but my partner has had a baby so left her job. Not entitled to maternity either as only part time and hadn't worked enough hours. My job isn't permanent though I am only contracted until the end of September. Will ...

Thanks, that's the other issue. I sent them all of the equity info in January/February and they said someone would be in touch but no one ever was. I calculated there was not quite enough equity for me to have to pay anything though. It is just annoying. Should I have to do a final I&E?

I am at the end of my IVA, I paid what I think was my last payment at the end of July. I have asked Creditfix to confirm this but as usual I have had no reply. Do I simply stop paying and wait for the completion certificate? What is the best course of action? As far as I am aware I have fulfilled al...

Well that shouldn't be too bad for us. Zoopla and another website I used value it at roughly the same as it was valued five years ago. Hopefully everything will be ok and our iva complete by August. I have emailed a few agents with regards to getting a valuation.

We are nearly at the end of our IVA journey and boy does it seem to have gone quick. There have been some rough times though but I am so glad we are nearly there. Last August Melanie Giles & Co stated we need to get a property valuation during January. However, I have heard nothing from Credit Fix r...

Thanks for the replies. The mortgage is with Bank of Ireland, I have been with them for over 7 years. The payments are increasing by less than £10 so won't affect my monthly payments. The only other thing that I had a query about was, if I don't renew the deal, there could be equity in the property ...

We are now entering the fifth and hopefully final year of our IVA. I have spoken to my mortgage lender regarding changing my deal to another fixed rate as my current deal has ended. I fully informed the lender about our circumstances and because we are not looking to borrow any further money, there ...

Thanks, it'll be at least after 5pm before I am home from work though. Will you still be around? I am just about to send another email to our case administrator with information he has asked for that we have already provided! My other half contacted him today trying to find out what is happening.

Hi Mel, I just wondered if you received my email as I have not heard from you? I think I sent it the correct email address. Anyway, I am still no further on as to what is happening. I have been told my payments can reduce from £700 per month to £595 but this £105 reduction is not feasible as my wage...
