WELL- Thank goodness for Sandra @ Payplan, I can breathe again, all sorted in less than 20 minutes. She was professional, helpful and not patronizing, a credit to the company. We know where we are in the remainder of this IVA continuing to clear the missed month (clutch £350!, acceptable increase fr...

Well what ever the outcome we have always reiterated that we have no problems in paying any underpayments what so ever, just I feel let down by their service.
I have set a reminder to send the wage slips in myself prompted or not from now on!

Melanie- I have made mine and my partners payment re-additional earnings when earnt un prompted by Payplan. This is not the issue, it is the non collecting of 1/4 wage slips which is the problem. In 2010 every 1/4 we received an email from our CO requesting the wageslips, I emailed them straight awa...

I am now sitting at home worrying (again) we really can't afford to keep increasing our payments, my wages have only increased slightly (£11.00) per month due to tax code changing, so my IVA shouldn't really increase greatly surely? It's just that Payplan haven't reviewed us for 8 months now ! My pa...

It just annoys as every month is another month they claim we have underpaid ! but the more the arrears amount up the more we have no chance of catching up before year 2 ends!
I was busy today, but tomorrow I will have my chasing head on again.

Hello, I was told that under new rules you can no longer add missed payments onto the end of an IVA- they payments have to be repaid before the end of the iva year end. ie April-April, paid by end of March.

Good evening, after hearing nothing today from Payplan I emailed my thread to Nick from Payplan as advised above. If we clear all the underpayments and increase our additional wage 50/50 share we will have to increase our payments from £292 to over £400. I am getting so upset and worried I feel like...
