I'm with them but not had any issues with them.
Our payslips are electronic only so i send PDF copies along with the I&E and a cover letter via email.
We received our report 1 week after our anniversary date.

Hi All, My IVA was approved on the 16th and i have received a letter from one of my creditors dated April 17th. The letter states they are adding a £12 charge for late payment. I'm now into my last 48 hours before the creditors meeting and i'm a little nervous. My IVA company (mccambridge duffy) have advised making the 1st payment when i get paid so that if my iva goes through the 1st payment is there.
They have also advised that should it not go through that i would get a refund of this money to pay my creditors.
