I'm with them but not had any issues with them.

Our payslips are electronic only so i send PDF copies along with the I&E and a cover letter via email.

We received our report 1 week after our anniversary date.

My IVA (interlocking with partner) was accepted today with a £60 uplift and some IP fee modifications.

At least i can breathe easier from today.

My student loan is being included however i have been advised that this is because it is dealt with by Thesis now rather than SLC.

My IVA company (mccambridge duffy) have advised making the 1st payment when i get paid so that if my iva goes through the 1st payment is there.

They have also advised that should it not go through that i would get a refund of this money to pay my creditors.
