I had my mobile contract before i went into iva.Got a bill 4 roaming charges when was visiting friends for weekend - bill was 160 & could not afford o pay it. 02 cancelled my contract in july meaning i had to pay remaining 11 months on contract as well - 800 quid. Can i add this to my iva?

i have a debt now with my mobile company - i cancelled my contract after i started my iva can it be included in my iva now. I only started my iva in june

Hurray Hurray Its Been accepted. Can't thank all the staff at McCambridge Duffy - Olivia, Martina, Don and Theresa. It feels like I am starting to breathe again. Thanks to all you for your support through this time. Will be back in contact soon to let you know how it is going. Hurray Hurray

Just heard from my IP that MBNA have voted and that I should accept their modifications as I accepted Capital One and Vanquis (which i would have anyway. Hopefully this is positive but will kep you all posted.

I have no idea at all but they are only about 10% of my total debt so hopefully not too bad - fingers crossed

Hi All

Still no word? Just spoke to my IVA company and they see no reason why my IVA should fail and that they're not worried whihc has reassured me a wee bit. They said they will be in contact once MBNA vote- is this usual that they can take a few days to vote? I would appreciate any feedback
