A typical example of this would be that a proposal would have stated that if the equity can not be released that the term of the IVA be extended for a further 12 months. As i say though it...

However if this had not been agreed then the next step would have to be to look at restructuring (job losse...

An IVA is an option that is perfect for certain circumstances in the same as a secured loan would help a person in a particular situation. As mentioned it’s always best to speak to at least two companies, they should in theory tell you the same thing so all you would be left to do is decide who you ...

As Lesley mentioned why not look at changing to a different debt management company, A DMP is an informal arrangement that you can end at any time simply by stopping paying the provider. If you do this and do not have a new company in place then expect to receive calls and letters that your current ...

Hi Steve, Without more information i couldn`t really say what might be the best option for you. As Busby mentioned if you have had a missed payment this may impact your chances of a re-mortgage at this present time. If you have missed these payments because you have been out of work but are going ba...

The link from Lisa is as good a place to start as any. As Lesley mentioned also, Do speak to at least two companys as they should both provide the same information as there are no "cheap rates" and/or "exclusive offers" then make the decison to use who you choose!

A friend of mine visited a hypnotist at a cost of £110. She recouped the money within the 1st month of not smoking so I have been telling every smoker to visit this hypnotist.
3 months later the friend is smoking 20 a day and the hypnotist has a lovely new car....
