Thanks for that Mel. But is it normal that their letter doesn't even include who our new IP is? I am really disappointed especially as in the last few months before the closure of the BE Manchester office I had actually established a very good rapport with my BE IP

Hi
Does this mean that even when you re in an iva and you are the sole acount holder, having an overdraft facility without using it is no breech of the iva terms and conditions?
