Thanks Kazz, I would have been going into to the last year if my IVA but other things conspired against me. I will try and get in touch with Michael as the odd times when I have been having particular trouble with creditors way after the IVA was agreed I have tried to speak to my IP I have been told...

Hello, Have not been on here for a while but at this moment in time I am incandescent with rage at the constant harassment from Equity in Finance on behalf of MaCambridge Duffy. After filling in around 3 or 4 of the same forms for the same "complaints" of PPI "mis-selling" over a period of 2 or so y...

I am 3 and a half years into an IVA and to be honest the more I hear about goalpost changing with regards to various things I wish I would have gone bankrupt instead. PPI, Insurance,"windfalls" etc... It seems to be that regardless of completing your IVA you feel as if you need to behold to it for t...

Thanks for all your replies, and its nice (sort of!) to know I am not the only one who is having problems or who has had problems with this lot. I am totally on board with assisting as necessary, however I feel as if I am being the one asked to deal with things whilst at the end of the day any monie...

Just wondering if anyone has the answer as to why this totally inept and annoying company is being employed by several of the larger respected IVA companies who really should know better? After filling out 7 forms 2 times for various "PPI miss-selling" and another form needing to be filled out again...

You could try using the RPI quoted as a guidance but as CPI has not gone down for four months and RPI is rising again (can only see both going up to be honest.) Your expenditure is for the next 12 months therefore no bills are going to decrease at all, put down what you spend at the moment and try a...

Hope you get everything sorted out Geoff as this seems a very strange thing for your IP to do, the mind boggles, totally agree with Herbekj, after seeing what goes on now with IVA's I wish I would have taken the BR route when advised to do so, I would have been out of the cycle and not facing anothe...

Oh I am very sorry Maddie, I did not realise that your mother had passed away, sincerest condolences. I am presuming your father is in sound mind and can decide what to do for the best with regards to this? It is his legal right to distribute his and your mothers assets as he sees fit. Again I must ...

Do your parents have a legal will to state how their assets would be distributed should the worst happen Maddie?, I would have thought that as your brother lives with them due to ill health they would want him to be protected in regards to having a stable home environment. All ifs and buts and hopef...

I would just do it yourself to be honest, the so called "reputable claims companies" may not be all that they claim to be in the long run, having issues with this myself due to one prior IVA but am not letting it cloud my judgement on it, a chap at work just sent a letter to the COOP I think a coupl...
