I completed my IVA in 2010, however a default is it showing from Natwest,which was covered in the IVA. I understand the public record will say on for 6 years, but thought the default from Natwest would have came off.

I must after your thoughts on my full and final settlement offer which as been put forward,and I have the meeting on 24th August. My friend as kindly offered £9000 to end my iva!! Expected Payments at the start of my iva. Payment = £183 x 60 months = £10980 . Payments Recieved/Varied Future payments...

Hi, It was an income and expeniture review which I completed on Tuesday. I have already sent my documents to show my changes to my finances. Thats the thing,i have the feeling they lie to me all the time,and never give me a straight answer.
The person said it was a variation meeting,t go through if my income and expendiure are the same??

thanks for the reply.I only submitted the offer on monday,and they have arranged the varition for next tuesday over the phone.Does this seem the correct process?.It just seems a bit quick compared to wat I have read on other forums

Thanks for all the replies.
The money is from a third party,and I have alredy submitted the £9000 offer.
I have my variation meeting on tuesday.Is anyone away of the process after this and the time scale.

Hi, I have put forward a full and final settlement of £9000. My voluntary arrangenent was £10980(£183 pm). With £6588 going to creditors,which is a divident of 30.60p. I have paid into my iva £1856 which brings it down to £9124. My monthly payments have increased to £205pm which with my calculations...

Hi,
Thanks for your replies.
Yeah the money is coming from my g/f,and there are a few reasons why I want to finish early.

1 - I have a daughter aince I started the IVA and this affecting me.

2 - Also for my health.I suffer with depression and the iva is not helping at all.

Let me know your thoughts
