My IP removed me once the CC was issued and then I think it didn't take long at all...I think guidance is 3 months post CC issue but I remember it being removed sooner than that.
Hope that helps.

I want to move on and get a mortgage in Aug this year so I want everything to drop off asap after June - I have written to all of my creditors and asked them to mark my file as settled and to ...

I am ordering credit reports to see the state of play with dates, sold on debts by lenders etc with a view to everything dropping off file next year and then getting a new mortgage. I've just ordered Equifax report and noticed that it has a history section now for archived Eq...

Hi All I've had some success in the past getting dates corrected and £0 "satisfied" balances which the wonderful letter templates and FO help. My new question is what can I do about sold on debts - I have 3 creditors who have sold my debts to other companies. What if any thing can I do about duplica...

I agree. "Go back to your IP & haggle a bit! You have nothing to lose by doing so..." My circumstances changed during my IVA and I went from sharing to living alone, obviously my bills went through the roof. My experience was that if you can show the outgoings with proof i.e. bank statements and rec...

It's taken time, lots of recorded delivery and making friends at the FO but records are now (as of Oct Noddle credit report) all marked as "closed" and "£0/satisfied" It's taken forever (allowing 28 days after each letter) but I couldn't have done it without these templates and advice on this thread...

Hi I started IVA in 2010 and have completed by F&F in Nov 2012. Trying to clean everything up for house move. I know it won't all disappear but I've been advised to ensure the info is cleaned up and all accounts in IVA should be £0 to indicate they are settled/satisfied. The problem lies - looking a...
