I was just about to post this, apologies for hijacking your thread Goosed.

I have had the same letter from NatWest, IVA completed in June. Shall I contact Max recovery? I don't really feel like calling them up from past dealings.

I believe it was included in my report too but as it was my final year (3 months to go) I didn't bother questioning it. If the creditors are happy with it then that doesn't worry me.

I had a similar situation at my last review, they didn't ask for an I&E. Thankfully it hadn't changed a great deal at all.

Your posts in the previous thread got me thinking about my completion date + last payment. My IVA started on the 28/29 July 2011 - My first payment was sent on the 12 July. CF said the end of July is the last payment, I thought it would be mid June, scratching my head I put the dates here and it cam...

This is worrisome, I have 5 months to go with CF and suspect I'll be in the same position being an ex PJG client.

If the money has left your account and been sent to CFs account how can you be liable if they've "allegedly" lost it.

Does sound rather bizarre.

Anyone else get it? They have teemed up with some outfit who have an app which connects to your bank account and provides CF with 3 month bank statements, as if I'm going to trust anyone with my account let alone CF. -- Did you know, we have a new app from Call Credit that will allow you to submit y...

I got the same letter in August, but never got asked for I&E. Contacted them a few weeks ago and as I'm in the final year they don't need to review my I&E as long as I can meet the monthly amount

Hi Have my review with CF in a few weeks time. I'm self employed - my personal and business bank account is the same (easy to keep my money in the same place). With regards to IE, does anyone just withdraw cash weekly to pay for items as per their IE rather than use a debit card? CF want 6 month ban...
