I received one of these letters about 4 weeks ago & from what i can make out gt wont close my iva until i sign & return this form, I am absolutely sick of these people, I told them in feb 2012 i would have to stop paying my IVA as i had had an accident & had to leave work & couldn't afford to pay it...

I tried to join also and was turned down but tried again a couple of months later and got accepted, I don't know why I was turned down 1st time but I would keep trying
