Have you checked with your IP if this is their preferred company for PPI investigations before closures??

Just to mention, once your IVA starts they may refuse you a fee paying account and make you use a 'basic' one with no over draft, chequq book or perks etc, thats what happens with rbs which is linked to natwest.

Agree with the above, I had many problems with EiF with similar issues holding up the completion of my iva, I ended up scanning them and sending them via email to the person I was on the phone to so I had confirmation they had received them! Don't let them fob you off, no doubt it's stalling tactics...

Thanks, however this is a debt that didn't exist as it was sold on two months following the completion of my iva!

I've ended April 2012, completion certificate received October 2012, debt sold December 2012 default registered march 2013!!!

Think I'll have to hunt them down tomorrow!!!
